Although this technique has most prominently been used in other countries in mainstream building construction for over a century, it has recently taken a turn towards greater, larger projects from temporary structures in India. In terms of safety, this technology has proven to be safer than a brick or concrete structure. In fact it is now predominantly used in earthquake prone areas. It is the smarter choice for better integration of products and processes, more efficient delivery, and realizing more value in project life cycles. It has not only given an assurance to all the above, it also provided a platform to broaden the spectrum of design scope. Major architects, including Walter Gropius, Konrad Wachsmann, and Buckminster Fuller, have been involved significantly in the development of prefabrication. Prefabrication by itself is a very energy efficient technology when it comes to the material used, installation method and manual labour. Our team strives extend this existing quality by manufacturing zero ODP, highly insulating and ‘zero energy’ material.
